just started xfinity mobile, and the app says I don't have an account

just started xfinity mobile, and the app says I don't have an account

I recently opened up a new line with Xfinity Mobile.  I have service on my phone, however the application on my iphone states that, "You are not an Xfinity Mobile Customer...".  Can anyone assist?
