I ordered an iPad through the iPad promo. I got a confirmation, it was on my bill for the full amount of $120. Followed up for a shipping date. Got a VM saying they were crediting back the $120 since it shouldn't have been billed up front as there was a backlog. They left a phone # to call with questions. I have called twice, was told I would get a call back twice. Still waiting for the call back. I am fine w/ the iPad being backordered, but still want the iPad. Who can actually help with this and will call back?
