incorrect network unlock code

Like many others reported, I inserted a non XFINITY Mobile SIM card and entered the unlock code that I received in email from XFINITY mobile, but got the incorrect network unlock code message. Based on the responses in this forum, apparently I need to get another Unfreeze code. Can any of the Comacast employee here please help me get the Unfreeze code?
