We have had service for 5 months. Every bill paid on time via auto pay and account is in good standing. We have 2 IphoneX. I honestly believe that they promise gift cards knowing people will sign up and then they they hope people forget. That is a bad way to get customers. My wife wants to cancel service, return the phones, and go back with sprint. She’s even saying because they were such liars, we should switch to DirecTV. That sounds good now with football season less than 3 months away.
