charged the full amount for LG phone that was ordered on 12th Sep while it was back ordered

charged the full amount for LG phone that was ordered on 12th Sep while it was back ordered

Ordered backorderd LG X charge phone on 12th sep when the price was $1

Got tier 2 email on 14th Sep asking for some question

got the confirmation email on 16th Sep with price hiked to $180

Called xfinity mobile and got the tier 2 ticket opened saying they will price adjust it

Got the ship confirmation email on 28th Sep with $194 charged on the card.

called again to xfinity mobile and they again updated the tier 2 ticket they open previously.

never got any response from tier 2. Does it exist?
