I cant order another device. Anytime I order something online it says we are experiencing technical difficulties and when I call they try to blame my cc when it works. I am baffled that I cannot order a new line and they don't seem to care. Anyone else running into this? I got my first line at the xfinity store just fine I moved recently and there isn't a mobile store anywhere near me.
