can't retrieve voicemail

I have been having this issue for over a month now and no one at xfinity mobile is doing anything to correct it.  The issue is that I can't retrieve my voicemails in Maine.  When I try to access it by any method, it rings once and disconnects. If it try retrieving from the Xfinity Connect it states that voicemail is not enabled for my number.  Now the strange thing I have no trouble retrieving voicemails in MA or NH but as soon as I cross the border into Maine it breaks. I have called numberous times and my support ticket has been escalated as I am told.  I have not received a call back from anyone but I am calling them for updates every couple of days.  No one there seems to have any idea why this is happening. I am very frustrated as I am not getting important messages that people are leaving. Yes, they can call my number and there is no problem leaving me a message.  I have even threatened to go to another carrier but I don't think Xfinity cares.  Anyone have any ideas?
