can't access visual voicemail

can't access visual voicemail

I moved to Xfinity Mobile from AT&T, and so far I am very pleased with the service, except

 

the only wasy I can access my voicemail is to put in a password, call my number, listen to the messages one at a time, etc etc

I see that others are getting this to work. I've tried shuttimg the phone down via Home+Off/On, then restarting, but it's still not working. I bought my phone from XM, so it's not a BYOD issue.

Hope  I can get some help.
