account is being suspended with no reason...

account is being suspended with no reason...

All lines under my account were suspended... after loging into xfinity mobile online, it says "Hi there. You’re not an XFINITY Mobile customer yet."

 

I don't have any idea on what happened to my account. After contacting the XFINITY Mobile Live Support, nothing they can help but "creating an escalation ticket to our higher tier. "

 

Is there anybody from Xfinity mobile can help me out?
