Your switch is still in progress - please help!

I was trying to upgrade my line to 5G plan. It's been almost 2 weeks since then.....I am still stuck on message:

 

Your switch is still in progress

Multiple phone calls, no progress so far...I was told multiple times to wait 72h, wait, wait....customer service is unable to resolve this!

Mine has been like that for a month, I get 5g service,

Yes, I get the "normal" 5G but not the Ultra Wide, mmWave service...

Comcast's Xfinity Mobile adds 5G data plans that connect to Verizon's Ultrawide Band network. ... Plans start at 1GB of data for $15 per month and go up to 3GB of data for $30 and 10GB of data for $60. Unlimited data costs $45 per line. The “by the gig” plans can be shared among multiple people.

Thats what I am getting, with the website showing transfer incomplete...
