I've called the 800 number 4 times, went into the store once, and chatted with Xfinity mobile once with no help. I see someone had this issue and 2as helped by putting user info into the certificate field. I dont have the option to do that. I have a Xfinity galaxy note 9. Very irritated the phone doesn't automatically connect to secure Xfinity wifi as advertised. Please help. When I try to login it asks for peap authorization and security certificates. The average phone user doesn't enjoy jumping through hoops like this.
