So all the users on my account can’t make any calls using xfinity connect app, been over 2/3 months now. I contacted xfinity over phone about it and was told I would get a call back and I did get a voice mail a few days later saying that it should be fixed now and good to go.
But yet I still have the same error

I am confused. Are you talking about the Voice2Go feature of Xfinity Voice ("landline" service for the home)? That is available in the Xfinity Connect app and I use it regularly. I don't think this is the right forum for it though.
