Thank you so much for reaching out in the forum. I’m sorry to hear that your Xfinity Mobile Visa prepaid card expired. They do expire 180 days from the date they are issued, and I can absolutely relate to being sad about missing that date. Fortunately if there has been no usage on the card, we can re-issue a replacement card that takes 2-4 weeks for delivery.

First and last name, mobile number, complete service address, and the last 4 digits of the pay method on file.
