Xfinity marked my account as fraud and CLOSED MY ACCOUNT at random. I have no way to call or get calls. I went to the store and they said it was marked as fraud and tier 2? Has to remove the flag. Mind you I work from home and have two kids so my phone is KIND OF a NECESSITY!! I was told to wait 24 hours and service should come back. Don’t get me wrong I would LOVE to believe that but something in me says I’ll be back to the store. WHAT THE Heck XFINITY!
