Xfinity gift card scam

Xfinity gift card scam

A few months ago I was told that if I switched my phone plan to Xfinity mobile, I would receive a $150 gift card. When I purchased a new phone through them, I was told that I would then receive a $250 gift card instead. I just received a $100 gift card, which is $150 short of what I was promised. Is this a scam? When will I receive my additional $150? That is the only reason we purchased a phone through you all.

The agent who spoke with me was Jason Binggrant.  I can provide you with the dates I spoke with him.  If the conversations are recorded, you could listen to the conversations for proof of this promise.

did  you read the  find  print   of the agreedment  when you singed   up    in order  for you  to get the  card  you  must port-trasfer  your mobile  number  from your carrier then after that is  done it will then  take 90 days   for your card  too  come  has  long has you keep up on your phone payments  and dont miss any payments

Yes I ported the number from our old carrier to Xfinity almost as soon as I got the new phone in the mail. I then canceled the service from the old carrier.

you did not need too cancel  your  service    when  you port  your number  over  then  it  will automatically  cancel   the old service  for you      there for if you had  cancel it  your self  then  the  trasfer  of the number  you ported  may not  work   and  Xfinity  will then  give you a new number

and if that end up being the case then you may not be getting your card
