I am trying to get my S8 unlocked but xfinity system still shows locked.
- Device is paid in full.
- Followed the steps of unlocking - Requested via email and received unlock code
- Inserted another sim but for me unlock code did not worked, only unfreeze code worked and removed the lock screen
- used Service for 4 months and now cancelled
I should not be facing any trouble but I do. Kindly assist.
