I signed up for Xfinity Mobile and selected the Samsung Galaxy 7 which included a promotional $200 visa card for signing up by December 2017. It is Now May 31st 2018, Ive had numerous correspodence with both Xfinity Customer Service and The Card Fullfilment center that actually sends out the cards. Was told twice it was mailed, last date being May 2nd, told no confirmation # because it went mail...yet I still havent received it. Its been 6 months since i signed up, every bill paid on time, this is completely unacceptable!!! I am ready to shut off my mobile, internet and cable because I am so tired of the run around!!!! False advertisement makes for bad business. Im just fed up
