*edit* Resolved- ***You can indeed port a number back in to Xfinity. The cs phone rep was incorrect. *** I am completely to blame for this, but hopefully there is an easy fix. I jumped on a Sprint deal that proved to be too good to be true. I ported my Xfinity mobile number to Sprint, but now I want to come back with my tail tucked between my legs. Everything happened tonight. Yep, that's all it took for me to realize just how awful Sprint's coverage was. (.3 down/.1 upload) This should be no problem, right? I called Xfinity thinking I could cancel, or reactive over the phone since I still have my Xfinity sim, but no-can-do. He said that I could not port the number back, and that I had to get a new phone number. I've had the same number for 20+ years....that's not going to happen. Can anyone help?
