Xfinity Mobile Support

I have been trying to contact support for 4 days in order to get the hotspot feature set up on my iphone 7.

When I attempt to turn it on the phone directs me to a website that does not respond.

I have attempted to use the text support feature and have rcvd no response other than it stating someone would be in contact with my shortly.

I have also attempted to call at different times during the day and evening and the hold times have been at least 1.5 hours.

Does anyone know how to get this set up....and is this what is to be expected with the service? If so I will be going back to AT&T, that kind of service is not worth the savings.
