So I actually work at a service center. I have a customer who has Xmobile and got the LG Xcharge. All was fine for about 6 months or so, all of a sudden she is now having dropped calls. They sent her a new sim card. Same issue. Sent her a new phone and a new sim card. Same issue. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? When I called support someone had mentioned that with the new update the Xcharge did it is now dropping calls. IS there a fix to this? I'd hate to lose her as a customer.
clvrgrl19, thanks for posting here. Did you open a ticket to confirm or troubleshoot this for your customer? If this is a confirmed issue, it would be linked to a ticket with Tier 3 support.
