Thank you for reaching out to us through the Xfinity Forum. I am more than happy to look into this for you. Are you not able to log into your Xfinity Mobile account/app? Keep in mind that you can transfer admin rights through the Xfintiy.com website.
If you are not the account holder, but are the primary person managing the account and services, you’ll need to get authorization from the account holder exclusively in order to enact the changes you’re requesting.
