Please update my primary user status so I can log in to the Xfinity Mobile app

Thank you for reaching out to us through the Xfinity Forum.  I am more than happy to look into this for you.  Are you not able to log into your Xfinity Mobile account/app?  Keep in mind that you can transfer admin rights through the Xfintiy.com website.

 

If you are not the account holder, but are the primary person managing the account and services, you’ll need to get authorization from the account holder exclusively in order to enact the changes you’re requesting.

 

I’ve included the following 2 links for additional support.  The first link will take you to a page where you’ll find more info on how to recover or reset your account credentials if need be.  The second link will take you to the Xfinity website.
