a line on my account got cancelled last friday and it is not resolved yet. Though i am calling XFINITY mobile dept there is no update. It is so disgusting that they are referring me to various internal dept (like fraud, customer security and mobile dept..) but they are replying that they dont see any issue. Any has same issue.
