WiFi Calling on a BYOD iPhone 6s Ported From Verizon Will Not Enable - NAI the Issue?

We ported two iPhone 6s' with Wifi calling enabled from Verizon to XM and are now unable to enable Wifi calling on the XM Network. We have tried all the trobleshooting noted in various threads on this site.

A question for XM - under Settings > General > About > Carrier > XFINITY Mobile shows we are version 31.1. When tapping on this item - several sub categories display. One of the settings is "NAI" and this shows xxxxxxxxx@vzims.... where the xs are the iPhone's number.

Is this possibly the reason ported iPhones from Verizon cannot enable Wifi Calling?

Thanks,

There's nothing wrong with those settings. I have working WiFi calling on an iPhone 7 purchased from Xfinity with the same values (31.1 and NAI=number@vzims.com).

ClearTheZone, glad to hear your WiFi calling has been enabled. Post again if you need anything else.
