A few months ago, I returned 2 iPhone X's and got confirmation that my refund was posted.
However, because my credit card on file was replaced (due to lost card) to another card number. The account is however the same.
Due to this, customer service told me that they made the refund to the card number when it should be done to the account.
I have called 3 times, each time getting only a ticket that it will be escalated to Tier 2 and that I should just wait for them to contact me.
(I am stationed overseas and have updated in the last 2 tickets my overseas contact number, as well as email.)
Can someone please help me get my refund back? Its not a small amount.

Also, I signed up for Xfinity Mobile, got Comcast TV service, was an internet customer and bought an iPhone X that I kept current until today during the promotional period in December 2017.
I confirmed a few times in store, and over the phone that I was eligible for it, as long as I pay my bills on time, which I do on autopay.
I have yet to receive the 500$ gift card that was offered during that time - can I have this looked at too? Its been 6 months since.
Kinda tired of calling in customer service only to get a ticket each time, hoping I can get these 2 issues resolved here. Thank you in advance + appreciate the time.
