The VoLTE and WiFi calling features got disabled on my account. Have been on the phone with customer service multiple times, last time with tier 2, telling me there is some issue on Verizon’s end. Said she got the features turned back on. Have reset my network settings and still not working. Called customer service again. Over 1.5 hour wait and this time no option to be called back. Called again and they were supposed to call back within 3 hours but never did. This has wasted so much of my time.
