Coverage and speed wise, I am beyond happy with my move to Xfinity Mobile. Customer service is lacking big time though. They need better training for sure.
My issue now is visual voicemail. First they said theyd do something on Xfinity side. Few weeks later, nothing still not even the call back I was promised.ive already cleared cache and data many times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3x. I've done a wireless network settings reset. Nothing. Today they stated that they removed the feature and reinstated it
When I open it if it loads the get started page. I click the applicable button and it attempts to "automatically" sign me in. That fails and it says to login with Comcast net email and password. That causes force close of voicemail app
