I am unable to get visual voicemail working on my Galaxy S8+. The Xfinity voice mail app just shows "You have no voicemails", despite having several in my voicemail inbox which are accessible by calling the voicemail number (i.e. pressing "1"). I called support (611) and they supposdenly enabled voicemail on my account, but nothing has changed.
Is ther an Xfinity rep here that can help?
