Very bad customer service

Bought new iPhone online with free 2 day delivery but never received phone because fedex said xfinity sent empty box. They took my money and have not resolved the problem saying I have to wait on the claim to run its course so why am I as the costumer having to go through the hassle for their mistake. And now also they don’t have my phone in stock and I switch carriers to them so I’m without phone and no good responsiveness coming from them. Plus they ran me over 300 miles to pick one up in store but store told me they can’t do anything while there is a claim on my account. Be aware of their customer service and also wait times are extreme for contacting them
