Unlock code for Samsung s9 is incorrect.

Unlock code for Samsung s9 is incorrect.

I requested to unlock my Samsung s9 and received the unlock code on 5/9. However, the code doesn't work with the phone. It always says "the code is incorrect" no matter how many times I put in other carriers' SIM cards, restart, or reset to factory. I tried to call the 888-936-4968, they said they can't help me with unlocking. I replied the email to finitymobile_unlocks@comcast.com, but the response at all. I had multiple online chats, though they provided tickets #22849921 and #22953533 and assured me that I would be received new unlock code within 24 or 48 hours. However, I didn't receive anything until now.
