Unauthorized charge. Xfinity refused to refund. Contacting FTC. This is theft.
So i placed an online order on Friday. Then called to see if i could pickup my device instead of having it shipped (with the holiday it would have taken 5-6 days). I was told no that it had to be shipped. But i could cancel and just go to a store and place a new order. So that’s what i did. Then i went to the store to get my phone, and the girl had me call to confirm the first order was cancelled. So i did. Two hours later i got a confirmation email and a charge saying the order had been placed. Again, after being cancelled, and confirmed that it was cancelled, i was charged. I called and demanded a refund. They will not give it because the device has shipped. To me, this is not my problem. This is an error on Comcast’s part. As my first experience with xfinity mobile, (i have 4 other lines on Verizon), i will be cancelling all xfinity devices as a result of this theft. Don’t bother with xfinity mobile. They are crooks, dishonest, and also flat out don’t know how to do their jobs.

Aguynamedbriank, this is not the experience I wanted for you. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled but you can refuse the delivery. Once the device is returned to the warehouse without damage, you will be refunded.
