I activated a BYOD (iPhone 6 Plus) yesterday at the localXfinity store. Everything went well except I cann't setup my voicemail. I only get an error message "VOICEMAIL . User Busy". Anyone else having the same issue? When I call in from another phone, it just rings several (10?) times and then disconnects.
