I have been tryign to get a replacment device activated since the 27th (am) when I recived the phone. I called to activate and a case number was created and was told that I would get a returned call within 24 hours, no returned call so I called again she said it will take 24-72 hours, still no returned call. It has now been an entire week with no updates, no returned call. I only have 20 days for Xfintiy to receive back the original device. I can't return it because the replacment device is not active they can't transfer my phone number for a system reason. Never buy a phone outright from Xfinity you will regret it. There is not an email that you can send for communication, just text or the call center. I tried messaging and they are limitied and can't help. What are my next steps?
