Ticket Number Blank- Charged $350 when I was told my phone had no damages
I called to inquire about why my credit card was charged $350 for mint condition phone return. The representative told me that my phone had no damages so she did not know why the phone was Grade-c. She opened a ticket and documented everything. I never received a call back. When I called, the ticket number was blank and the warehouse log said the phone has scratches. This was not what I was told when I first called. Its very suspicious.
Additionally, I checked the account on my cell phone service that was canceled and I'm being charged $30 for phone service I no longer have. I'm fed up and very frustrated with their sales tactics. I would be willing to join a class-action suit! This is ridiculous.
I need further investigation into their customer service documentation and why my ticket documentation was deleted.
I was also told my phone photos could not be emailed to me immediately. This sounds suspicious.
