You have to have a month of paid service, it's in writing. I have the 30 days as of yesterday but they don 't take it out of my card for 20 days. Now my bill says I owe them $3.65 for Feb and there is no way to pay it earlier then the 20 days. So does that mean I won't have my paid service for 20 more days and can't get my phone unlocked until then? I am afraid to go any where near CS to ask for fear of them screwing my account up.
