Wow, xfinity's lack of customer service and outright just horrible cell phone company is hard to believe. Someone asks a simple question and no responce at all. Its been a year since bring your own device was introduced but only for iphones and a year later, still no android.
I completely regreat buying a note 9. As soon as it is paid off, I will definately be switching carriers. Xfinity needs to go back to tv and internet, they have utterly failed at mobile service.
