Setting number of rings before voicemail

How do I change the number of rings before my voicemail answe Online article says to go to xfinity.com and click on menu, voice and then settings, call forwarding, then drop down under rings......can't get there becuase the logon screen doesn;t show a menu button....

Are you asking about XFInity Voice (Home Phone), or XFinity Mobile (Cell Phone)?

Can't set number of rings, its set at 30 seconds (same as  verizon)

HI jthands, I can confirm what was stated above is correct and you can't set the number of rings before the the voicemail picks up.
