I purchased a Samsung S7 in December of 2017 and was promised a $200 Visa gift card from Samsung. I have not received the card, so I called Xfinity and was advised ot call Samsung. Samsung said that they do not have me in their records, and that I should have registered for my Gift card back in December. I was never given any instructions to do that.
jim18220 sorry to hear about that. If it was a Samsung promotion, the details of the promotion qualifications was provided. Most times manufacturer promotions do require you confirm the purchase before you can qualify for it.
