Hi I'm in need of some technical help. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 and my phone doesn't have the visual voicemail available, only the call to voicemail. The error message says "we can't connect to visual voice mail at this time. Check your network connection and try again later. If you're still not able to connect, contact Customer Service." Network connection is irrelevant, I've tried on both wifi and data, outside my home as well. I was told to download the Xfinity voicemail app but it didn't show any messages, including the ones that I hadn't checked yet (approxinately 18). And when I dialed *86 it connected to the Samsung voicemail that I already set up and still doesn't show my voicemails. Please assist!
Te one I am using is named Visual Voicemail version 126.96.36.199 and I have no idea where I got it. It may have been on the phone when I got it and it does require Mobile Data on.
