Really? No Samsung Galaxy S10 5G support? It is basically the same phone as the S10 with added 5G which can just be disabled. Can't believe I have to switch to a different carrier because some phones are "not supported" when they work perfectly well on Verizon.
@ComcastTito I see you are active on this forum. Is there any way at all possible to try and update the IMEI in the database? If allowed a connection, I am pretty confident that this phone would work well.
Hello @roopss, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately there is no way to add the IMEI to our database to make it compatible. All S10s at the moment are incompatible for BYOD with Xfinity mobile, and there is no way we can bypass this. Hopefully in the near future they will become available to bring over.
