I have the.same problem. Phone and text work fine. I can connect to my in home or xfinity wifi networks for internet but I get nothing on the 4G network. Did you find a solution? I am being told I have to replace my phone(LG-K212).
jkilloughco, you're not getting any data connection whatsoever? Have you tried rebooting your phone? Ensuring cellular data is on? Have you tried a factory reset?
Yes to all the above. I even took the the phone into an xfinity store and they tried a new sim card. Still says i am off line when on the mobile data. Phone and text work fine.

after replacing phone and sim card, it still didnt work. finally, i found the solution after many calls and broken promise of return calls. the problem was i put too much faith in comcast to resolve the problem and should just had switch over to another provider. works fine after i switch. awesome job comcast. no wonder this company is the worst in customer services every year.
