I have ran into the same issue. My service has been wonkie for the past few weeks and last night lost full cell coverage and have yet to recover. Brought my phone into a comcast store in San Francisco and was dead ended as folks there are rather clueless on how to trouble shoot. Such a shame. Phone is less than a year old and I am left with no phone/text capabilities. Even wifi calling isn't an option.
