I can't remember if we have have covered this, but you have the latest carrier update and software update right?
If so, do you have a XFINITY Mobile store nearby? A few customers were sent sim cards to resolve wifi calling issues. If you have a store near by, you can request an updated sim card there.

billsq2005, thanks for confirming. I just found that the sim card replacement no longer resolves this issue. What other troubleshooting have you done? Network settings reset? Factory reset? We can also reach out to XFINITY Mobile if those don't work.
