how does one go about getting a new SIM card if needed - i just activated on Xfinity Mobile today and i have updated my carrier update. should i give it a day or two?
If you are having issues updating the carrier settings, please follow the process outlined by Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201270
If you are having issue with inputting the emergency settings, please power of your device and pop the sim card out. After a few moments, put it back in and reboot your phone and reattempt.
We are aware some customers are having issue activating WiFi Calling so we are sending replacement sim cards to those customers starting yesterday.
