After moving we are having the same mobile problem. We have been to the store only to be told they do not know how to fix the issue. We have sat multiple days for multiple hours for weeks now and still nobody can fix the issue. There is no problem with them having the information to take money from my bank account. Yet they can't figure out how to fix my mobile from saying I'm not a customer yet. This is very frustrating

The information that (mvenanzi) shared is correct, to send a private message click on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me", please remember to include your account information.
