So what is the policy for returning / cancelling service due to reliable service not being available at my house due to poor cellular connection? It is so weak that text messages can't be sent/recieved...
Toaliosis, we have a 30 day policy in place. You can return the device and cancel service without penalty within 30 days of purchase.
This issue is what caused me to discontinue my service. Without wifi calling, I don't get service that is good enough for my alarm system (and frankly pretty spotty on calls -- Xfinity may use the Verizon network, but it doesn't get top priority on those towers), so Xfinity mobile just didn't work to replace my landline.
That said, Xfinity Mobile was very nice about canceling, and did not take me through the gauntlet of people trying to get me to change my mind that you would get with so many services. Once the offering matures (and I see that they have just included "Bring your own phone" so it is getting there) I may try again.
