So how are you supposed to know if your orders are pending or not? I've had 3 disappear. I am on try 4. I can only assume that the fraud questions weren't answered properly somehow (despite getting the answers directly from my bill and or/customer service at comcast/xfinity). This has been going on for 2 weeks. No charges to CC's, no explanation from xfinity. I keep getting told if nothing happens within 72 hours of the questionaire to try again. Can someone help? Thanks
