Hi - any chance on getting an proper update on this issue. Attempted to call Xmobile support; however, each time after I spoke to a Xmobile rep who placed me on hold to "evaluate" the ticket, the call was transferred to another dept. A dept which had nothing to do with phone cell service so they would have to transfer me and I would have to start the entire process again.....verification of name/address/cell phone number and last four of security code. I spoke to 6 seperate people and still did not get a straight answer besided it was still being looked at by 2nd tier. If it is a known issue and cannot be fixed,what options is Xmobile offering customer who are expiercing the issue.
