same happend to us. They dont care about the time you have to wait. They sent a phone with a blocked IMEI and they don't even offer sending a new one with a right IMEI and sending this back. 5 days today and everytime we call they say is has been escalated but they don't mind at all about porting the phone and having it working properly. We are tired of this situation and will cancel all services through Comcast cause they dont care about customers.
