I've Placed four orders all have been cancelled due to failure to answer security questions properly when I'm completely sure of my answers which only leaves the question in my mind does Xfinity know more about my current time at my gone past living places ect more than I do. This is ridiculous. Customer service keeps suggest i retry and they know it's my Account because I have to answer every security question on file. Terrible Mobile Service you guys are providing.
Kamron1, the orders will cancel if the answer to the manual review questions are answered in correctly or not within the 3 day review window. Unfortunately, we cannot present you with the answers, so you'll need to place a new order if it fails.
