I just tried to call to find out how i can upgrade my wifes s8plus to iphone x and there telling me the only way to dobsuch a thing is to pay off the old phone and start over with a payment plan with what ever phone i want. I no the mobile department is still barely learning to breath with the mouths closed but the info being put out is down right flawed. Im guesing the response i get now will be as fallows: "Sorry to hear about this imajerk24, we are currently in the works to come up with a better upgrade plan. We will notify out customers when that tkme comes. Thanks". Never missed a payment and i cant even get good info.
Imajerk24, sorry to hear about your experience. We are currently working on releasing our upgrade program. At this time, you are able to make payments for another phone on the same line of service until then.
